Handlebar width is a critical factor in bike performance. The AeroRevo is meticulously engineered for aerodynamics, featuring widths ranging from 340mm to 395mm at the hoods and 380mm to 435mm at the drops.

In accordance with the UCI regulations effective January 1, 2026, which mandate a minimum drop width of 400mm (outside-to-outside) and strict flare limits (not exceeding 50mm from inside to outside), the AeroRevo is fully UCI-compliant. Race with confidence, knowing your setup meets the latest professional standards without compromising on speed.

We produce the AeroRevo handlebars with different types of carbon fiber weaves: UD and marble. As the name implies, Uni-Directional (UD): all fibers are oriented in the same direction. It delivers a standard, unobtrusive look and provides the fabric with high-strength benefits. This is also the best advantage of UD carbon fibers. Marble weave is an aesthetic treatment that has a decorative effect. It is the perfect choice for riders who want handlebars with a touch of the unexpected, but with a more abstract, organic look.

Glossy Crystal: By forming complex, multi-layered textures on the carbon rim, this finish achieves an aesthetic that feels both futuristic and organic. Available in blue, white, and green.

Q1: How much faster will this handlebar make me?

A: While exact numbers depend on many factors (like rider speed, position, and wind conditions), the AeroRevo is designed with a NACA-profile top section to reduce aerodynamic drag compared to a standard round bar significantly. This means you will save watts and be more efficient at any given speed. We will release specific wind tunnel data as soon as it is available.
Q2: Is it compatible with my bike frame for internal routing?

A: Yes, almost certainly. We offer custom 3D-printed headset spacers that are specifically designed to create a seamless, integrated transition for 99% of mainstream bike models from major brands. When ordering, customers can specify their bike model to receive the correct spacers.

A: With a starting weight of just 250g, the AeroRevo is among the lightest integrated handlebars on the market, rivaling and even beating many of the top-tier brands that cost twice as much.
Q4: Is an integrated handlebar comfortable enough for long rides?

A: Absolutely. We specifically designed it for both performance and comfort. The wide top platform allows for a relaxed hand position, and the 4-degree forward sweep creates a more natural wrist angle, reducing pressure and fatigue on long endurance rides.
Q5: What if I have a crash? What is the warranty?

A: The AeroRevo comes with a 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Additionally, we offer an Accident Replacement Program. If a customer damages their handlebar in a crash or accident, they are eligible for a 35% discount on a replacement. This gives them peace of mind.
Q6: How do I choose the right size?

A: We offer 18 different combinations of width and stem length. A customer should choose based on their current setup or a professional bike fit. Our sales team can help guide them based on their height, shoulder width, and current bike geometry.
Q7: What does the base price of $410 include?

A: The base price includes the AeroRevo handlebar with a standard UD matte finish and titanium bolts. It is our "Bundle A" configuration. Upgrades like the 3D-printed titanium computer mount, custom paint, or custom headset spacers are available at an additional cost.
Q8: Does the AeroRevo support semi-internal cable routing?

A: The AeroRevo is engineered for fully internal cable routing or external cable routing. It is not compatible with semi-internal routing configurations.
Q9: Can I use the AeroRevo computer mount on other handlebar models?

A: No. Our computer mount is designed specifically for the proprietary triangular mounting interface of the AeroRevo to ensure absolute stability and is not compatible with other handlebars. However, if you would like a 3D-printed titanium mount tailored for a different handlebar, we offer a custom service for $200 USD.
Q10: Can I opt out of the standard aluminum computer mount?

A: The aluminum computer mount is included as a standard accessory in every AeroRevo package. While it cannot be swapped for a discount, if you prefer not to receive it, please contact our customer service team after placing your order. We will ensure it is excluded from your package during the fulfillment process.
Q11: Is it possible to customize the color of the 3D-printed titanium mount?

A: Absolutely. We offer a variety of premium finishes for our 3D-printed titanium mounts to match your personal style or bike’s aesthetic. Please refer to our custom color chart below to select your preferred finish.

Hi Tiago, The AeroRevo handlebar road works with steerer diameter 1-1/8″ (28.6mm), also compatible with 27.2mm steerer with a shim. It seems Giant Propel Advanced 1 features OD2 31.8mm which will be not able to use the AeroRevo handlebar. Just in case could you please double confirm if Giant Propel Advanced 1 2027 is OD1 or OD2?
