Sapim CX-Ray – The lightest spoke in our lineup is still quite strong due to the elasticity and amazing fatigue life.
DT Competition Race - All Mountain and XC spoke used by the Chinese location as a substitue for the D-Light (depending on availability)
Pillar PSR X-TRA 1420 - An inexpensive bladed spoke, great for road and cyclocross riding.
Pillar Wing 20 - Pillar patented highest level of aerodynamic bladed spoke reducing potential weak spots and twisting during tensioning. Currently, they are offered in oil slick color only with increased wear and corrosion resistance.
Sapim CX Sprint-Rear drive side/ CX Ray-Other sides - This customized combo increases the rear drive side power transmition efficiency significantly while grabs superior light-weight and aero performance.

The front rim uses a lighter pre-preg and a blend of Toray T700/T800 as well as Flyweight internal spoke hole patching.

The rear rim uses a continuous spoke bed and a stiffer reinforced layup design to create a balanced feel between the front and rear wheels.

Paintless: The "Finish" relates to how the rim is coated or painted such as matte or glossy for the most common applications. Our Recon Pro and Falcon Pro rims feature BlackTek and come out of molds as a completed product, with a scratch resistant and near flawless finish, eliminating the need for coating or painting. We name this kind of superior finish the paintless.

Full Custom: This option offers custom finish such as Satin/Raw etc at no extra charge but subject to rim models with 3~5 days LONGER on manufacture. Drain Hole This is a required option.

The two small drain holes located 90° to the valve hole effectively help evacuate both the water trapped inside the rim and the air leaking into the rim chamber caused by nonperfect tubeless tape sealing handwork that may risk rim explosure in an aggressive tire inflating.

It is the small reinforced layer prelaminated on the area where the drain hole is drilled later that makes the rim strength fairly ensured without any compromise of weight added.

Riders who ride in wet areas are suggested to order rims with drain holes.

2. Full Custom - Add some additional personalization and go full custom with your rim graphics! Laser engraving is available in one colour (light grey) and starts at $5 USD per rim. Wheel Bag This is a required option.

Our all-new single wheel bag provides reliable storage for your wheel. Plus, an internal pocket is designed to store skewers and other tools. The wheel bag safely and comfortably accommodates most road and mountain bike wheels, including 700C, 26", 27.5", and 29" wheels. The wheel bag is with Light Bicycle logo by default. If you hope to get one without logo, please leave a note at checkout.

Valve Stem This is a required option.

We use a lightweight black alloy anodized valves with an oversized concave collar for easy gripping. A rubber o-ring goes in between the rim and the collar to help seal the rim and match the contour of the rim profile. The valve core is removable so you can add sealant without removing your tire.

Hi! I have a 2018 Santa Cruz Highball Hardtail 29er, w/sram xo drive train. The wheels that are on it are Raceface ARC 25 (622x25, ERD 600, OFFSET 3.0MM) W/350 DT hubs. I currently have 2.25 tires mounted. I want to build a wheelset using your rims and spokes with the DT 350 hubs that are on the Raceface wheels. Will this work with these hubs that are coming off the Raceface wheels? If so, I'd like to order rims with a wider internal width, possibly 30mm - Would there be enough frame clearance with 2.25 or 2.3 tires mounted? Hopefully, I didn't make this too confusing and let me know if it makes sense to do it this way. Thank you in advance! Peter

Hi Peter, If you use 2.25"~2.3" tires, it is okay to mount on our 30mm inner width rims, like AM930 rims 29er. Your bike should be okay for this wheelset, there will be enough tire clearance for 2.25"~2.3" tires. Hi Ricardo, The RS-1 Fork's larger than usually closed dropouts and the Torque Tube hub that houses a pair of massive sealed bearings. There's one bearing on each side, with them sitting on a 27mm diameter axle that spans the hub, and a 15mm Maxle Ultimate runs through the center of all of this to compress the left and right dropouts together onto the matching hub-ends that fit into the dropouts. Looking for a set of lightweight XC wheels. Can you do straight pull DT Swiss 240 hubs with 28H spokes for an RS1 hub and boost rear spacing? Looking to build a light weight race set front and rear. I’m just under100kg and ride XC only.

The price for XC925 with following specs is USD1361.56/pair, 1123.80g+/-25 - Rims: XC925, paintless UD 28H, front flyweight/ rear standard version - Hubs: black DT Swiss 240S, front PS 15*110mm/ rear boost 12*148mm, 6-bolt disc, straight pull, shimano or sram XD? - Spokes: black sapim cx-ray bladed - Nipples: black aluminum If you are a big ride, you can go for front standar version/rear standard version. Hi Hakon, Do you like XC925 29er XC wheelset with DT 240s or 350 hubs? 28H or 32H? Is it boost for both front and rear? sram XD? I am looking to buy XC925 wheels, using DT 350 hubs, 12x100 front and 12x142 rear, SRAM XD, J-bend spokes, Centre lock brakes and 28 spokes. Are you out of stock of these hubs in 28 hole? If I choose 6-bolt brakes I have the option of both 28 and 32 spokes, but with Centre-lock only 32? I don't really want to use straight pull spokes, though might be persuaded. Presumably you can supply 12mm axle end caps in place of 15mm?

Hi Ken, We do not have DT 350 J-bend 28H center lock hubs in stock. We only have DT Swiss 240S 28H J-bend center lock in stock. Or DT Swiss 350 28H straight pull center lock is okay for you? We only stock DT Swiss straight pull 28H hubs here. Is it XC925 29er XC wheelset with 28H hub okay for you? Thanks, Lightbicycle

Hi Lee, Thanks for your inquiry! For shipping cost, it is USD49.7 for one wheelset to South Korea by EMS delivery. For paypal fee, it is 3.5% handling dee charged.
