Ultimate Spoke Tension Test On New 650b Rims (MTB)

The ERD of our 650b 584mm rim is 565mm. The rider weight limits for carbon 650b rim will be 120KG.

We have done the spoke tension this week. Please check the report as below.

And the max spoke tension is more than 350KG.

We have built the 650b wheel for riding testing, please find as below pictures. Front wheel is 26er, and rear is 27.5-inch wheel. We will ride on rocky mountain and to test the performance of this new rim.

The quotation is as below. carbon 650b rims: USD163/pcs, so it is USD326 for 2pcs rims. carbon 26er wide rims: USD150/pcs, so it is USD300 for 2pcs rims. The shipping cost is USD78 for 4pcs rims to USA by EMS. And the lead time is 7days for 4pcs rims, and 4days to 7days by EMS shipping.
